Bio

Kaula Jacks, pronounced Kayla, is a Life Coach, Personal Trainer, and Precision Nutrition Coach. Kaula grew up in Calvert County, MD where she graduated from Huntingtown High School. She was a 4 year varsity basketball player who was inducted into the Huntingtown Hall of Fame in 2017. She went on to continue her basketball career at Shaw University where she graduated in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training.

After college, Kaula started her Life and Fitness Coaching business, U360 Life and Fitness, in January 2018, which currently teaches busy professionals and athletes how to build new habits that help them reach their nutrition, fitness, and life goals. Since then, Kaula has helped over 200 people lose weight, build strength, and learn nutrition and lifestyle habits that they can take with them forever.

Kaula created The 7 Healing Habits of Health that address key habits such as intuitive eating, sleep routines, stress management, personal fulfillment, and movement to guide her clients in becoming the best version of themselves. Her ability to create a safe and engaging environment has allowed her clients to feel comfortable and confident enough to push pass their old beliefs and doubts in order to pursue their potential in their life and body.

Kaula uses many of her personal hardships in health, relationships, self worth, education, and finance to inspire, motivate, and empower others to live a life full of love, authenticity, and abundance.

Currently, she delivers a variety of services in-person and online, so she can make an impact worldwide.
